These terms apply to your use of the BinThere mobile app and this website. By using BinThere, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who we are
BinThere is operated by BPS Designs Ltd (United Kingdom).
Using the app
- You are responsible for checking your council's official information and putting your bins out on time.
- Schedules and reminders are provided as a convenience and may not always reflect last‑minute council changes.
- You can edit schedules, move dates, and skip collections in the app to match what actually happens.
Postcode import
BinThere can try to import bin dates for some UK addresses. This feature depends on third‑party data sources and council systems. Import may be unavailable for some councils, or may return incomplete information. If import isn't available, you can still set up manually.
Payments and subscriptions
If BinThere offers paid features, purchases are handled by Apple via the App Store. Your payment and subscription are subject to Apple's terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse BinThere, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or automate excessive requests to our import service.
Intellectual property
BinThere and all related branding, designs, and software are owned by BPS Designs Ltd or its licensors.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
BinThere is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
