Is BinThere UK-only?
BinThere's postcode import is for UK addresses. You can still set up schedules manually in the app.
What if my council changes collection dates?
You can move or skip a single collection date without changing your overall schedule.
I've just moved house — can I set this up quickly?
Yes. Try postcode import first (availability varies). If import isn’t available, manual setup still takes minutes. See the quick setup guide.
Does import work for every council?
Not always. Some councils don't provide data in a format we can import automatically. If import isn't available, the app will guide you through manual setup.
Do I need an account?
No. BinThere is designed to work without accounts, you set it up on your device and you're good to go.
Can I change reminder times?
Yes. You can enable morning and/or evening reminders and choose the times that suit you.
